This open 17 1/2' x 21' space is an informal meeting area for non-confidential gatherings. Up to 24 participants can meet in this area around three 8’ tables. Other configurations are possible. This area is not fully enclosed and therefore does not provide total privacy as do the other areas of the building. Rates start at $50/hour. No kitchen privileges,
Our largest meeting space can accommodate up to 80 people in auditorium style seating in this 24' x 38’ space. The room is equipped with a large monitor and lectern. The space can be configured with chairs, bridge tables and 8’ tables based on your requirements. It is adjacent to our kitchen. Rate is $150 for up to three hours for non-profit groups; $200 for all others. Full day rates start at $250 for non-profits and $350 for all others. Includes room set-up and routine cleaning.
Need a nice conference room to impress clients, our Executive Conference Room can accommodate up to 8 persons around a conference room table in this 10 1/2 x 16 1/2' space. Rates start at just $20/hour.
This 18' x 32’ meeting room is closest to our front door and is close to administrative support and our restrooms. It can accommodate up to 55 persons in auditorium style seating. The room can be configured with tables and chairs as needed for your event. Rate is $125 for up to three hours for non-profit groups, $175 for all others. Full day rates are $200 for non-profit groups and $275 for all others. Includes room set-up and routine cleaning.
This 10’x14’ office is ideal for meeting with clients or just as a private area to conduct business. Similar to well-known short term office space rentals without the high price tag. Rates start at just $100/day, $350/week or $800/month. Office includes a waiting area for clients to relax as they wait for their appointment. Includes up to 25 free photocopies per day. Additional services available including additional administrative employee space, photocopier, secretarial/administrative support, coffee/tea at a reasonable cost.
